Image to PDF is a focused mobile PDF toolkit that does six jobs and does them well, without ever sending your files to a server. You can convert one or many images into a single PDF in seconds, then merge several PDFs into one document, split a PDF into separate pages, lock a file behind a password, or unlock a PDF you already have the password for. The image-to-PDF converter accepts JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP and TIFF, lets you choose page size, margins and orientation, and writes the finished PDF straight to your photo library or to the Files app. The merge tool combines pages from different sources into a single ordered document; the split tool extracts any selection of pages back out. The encryption screen uses the same AES-based algorithm as Adobe Reader, so a PDF you protect on your phone opens correctly on any desktop reader. Decryption takes a password you already know and removes the protection locally — the file is rewritten on your device, not on someone else's computer. Every operation runs on your phone, no upload, no account, no watermark, and the interface is available in fourteen languages. The app is free to use with optional Pro features for batch operations and ad removal.

Features

  • Images to PDF: Pick multiple photos from your library or the Files app — JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, GIF and more — drag to arrange, and export a PDF at each image's original size.
  • Photo Stitching: Stitch photos vertically, horizontally, or in a grid. Original aspect ratios are preserved, with live preview and drag-to-reorder.
  • PDF to Images: Preview every page, pick the ones you need, and export them as PNG images at 1.0x to 3.0x zoom.
  • PDF Merge: Combine multiple PDFs into one file, with thumbnail previews and drag-to-reorder before merging.
  • PDF Encryption: Set a user password and an optional owner password, control printing, copying and editing permissions, with AES-256 encryption by default.
  • PDF Decryption: Enter the password to remove encryption from a PDF, with built-in detection of whether a file is encrypted.
  • Easy Sharing & History: Share your PDF via the system share sheet — email, AirDrop, or save to Files. Every conversion is saved to your on-device history automatically.
