Video merge
A handful of scattered clips on your phone - Merge turns them into one. Merge supports multi-select, the order is yours to set, and processing runs as a queue (no hard cap on the number of clips - it just depends on your device's available memory; anywhere from a few clips to several dozen is normal).
Pick and order
Select multiple videos from Photos or Files. The selected clips appear as a list - long-press and drag to reorder. The order is exactly the order of the final stitched video. To drop a clip, swipe left to delete. To start over or pick a different batch, tap reset.
Note: Extract Audio has a hard cap of 20 clips (to prevent accidental bulk selections). Merge / Convert / Compress have no hard cap - only device memory limits.
How stitching works
Stitching follows "head-to-tail": the end of the first clip connects to the start of the second, the end of the second to the start of the third. No fades, no shot transitions - just clip after clip, with clear boundaries. Good for chaining several clips of the same scene.

Merge vs. Clip
Clip trims the head and tail off one piece; Merge stitches multiple pieces into one. The two can chain: merge first, then clip the merged long piece.
